Emma Zammit began her standup comedy career in early 2008 after her sister decided it was time to move her one liners out of the lounge room and enrolled her in a standup comedy writing course for the sake of family harmony.
After graduation, she was inspired to work the hard yards and tighten her comedy antics in Sydney and Perth and she has never looked back.
Emma’s relaxed and relatable style has been a hit with audiences in comedy clubs and at corporate functions. Her musings on parenthood, people and everyday life make her a highly entertaining performer.
Emma is available for corporate and private functions as both a Comedian and MC.
Off stage Emma likes to entertain parents with her Podcast and Facebook page 'The Parents' that showcases the funnier side of parenting.

“Emma emceed the annual Brisbane Advertising Association (BAA) Xmas Lunch in December 2018, entertaining over 700 guests. Emma captured the attention of the often hard to impress audience immediately with her hilarious and relatable references to the advertising industry. She maintained great energy and comedic timing throughout the event, continuing to adapt and adjust to ensure all of the guests had a great time.
I would highly recommend Emma for any corporate event, big or small; her professionalism, enthusiasm and hilarity were a hit all round!”
— Carla Mathisen, President BAA.
"Emma was absolutely fabulous! She was really easy to work with, understood the brief and the audience perfectly! She was a fab MC, able to be flexible and make a joke of everything really easily which is always fabulous to work with in events (we ended up pulling forward the whole evening half an hour, changed around the running schedule a bit and had a few videos in our ppt that needed last minute intros and she worked with it all really well!). Her spot was fantastic and had our whole audience splitting their sides with very relatable content around the not so pretty aspects of parenting. She even had our audience asking for autographs which was very touching and really improved the experience of our entire evening, knowing that our audience had a fabulous night.
All in all, one of our best comedians at our awards evening in quite a few years- so it was a really fantastic experience. Well done Emma!"
