Director of Counterpilot and collaborator with The Good Room, Nathan Sibthorpe facilitates this half-day contemporary performance making workshop focused on devising processes to activate audiences.  

Designed for drama teachers and theatre makers, this workshop moves beyond simple notions of audience participation, focusing on the role of the audience in performance-making processes. 

A key creative behind Truthmachine (Horizon Festival 2019) and I’ve Been Meaning to Ask You (Horizon Festival 2021), Sibthorpe will lead a series of hands-on activities that explore how contemporary performance can exploit real circumstances to activate audiences with moments of heightened reality.
